Zach Mason
Zach Mason is the Head of Basketball Strategy at Get Recruited Hoops and former Chief Operations Officer at The Basketball Embassy, an international nonprofit focused on global basketball development.
He founded TexasTop100.com, formerly one of the most influential regional scouting platforms in the state, and has evaluated hundreds of NCAA prospects.
A former Division I graduate assistant and recipient of the Most Outstanding Graduate Student Award in Sport Management, Mason combines an analytical eye for talent with a deep understanding of what coaches need to build winning programs.
My Mission
My mission is to make international recruiting simpler, smarter, and more personal for college programs, bridging the gap between coaches and overseas prospects through hands-on scouting and clear, film-backed insight.

I watch players in person. Live evaluation across FIBA competitions, elite showcases, and domestic European leagues combined with film study and statistical context to build a complete picture.
